Board members are appointed for twenty-four months, with
expressions of interest for new Board members advertised
annually.
The Bayside Business Board Subcommittee Structure
2008 and the 2008 project groups are
made up of both Board members and additional local business
operators who have a specific area of expertise
The Board also works closely with Bayside City Council to plan,
promote and deliver business events such as the popular business
breakfasts and women’s luncheons. The Board meets on a quarterly
basis or as required. Project groups and sub committees determine
their own meeting times.
A Chairperson and treasurer are elected annually. The current
officers are:
- Chairperson: Mr Matthew Nichols, Managing Director, Nichols
Crowder
- Treasurer: Ms Laura Copley, Managing Director, AE Copley
Enterprises
- Council Representative: Councillor, Andrew McLorinan
