Running your own business can be stressful and time consuming and one of the first things that can suffer is your mental health and wellbeing. Seminar presenter Rob Selzer will discuss the impact stress can have on our personal and professional lives, how to spot the warning signs of stress and how to manage the work-life balance. You will learn how to identify stress and deal with it effectively. Associate Professor Rob Selzer is a psychiatrist based at the Alfred Hospital. He directs the teaching of undergraduate medical students at Alfred Health and the teaching of psychiatry to medical students at Monash University. Rob was involved in designing education programs for General Practitioners and Health Professionals in the community. He has spent many enjoyable years talking to people about the diverse aspects of mental health.
