Jayne Dullard People & Change
Jayne works with individuals, teams and businesses to up-level their communication and have the impact they want and need.
For organisations, Jayne designs and implements communication programs that have measurable, positive impact – especially as part of significant change, to build or salvage reputation, and to connect with and motivate employees.
She works with teams from the shop floor to the executive suite to diagnose communication-based relational and performance problems, and deliver solutions via effective, energising, customised training.
And she works one-on-one with professionals, at any stage of their career, who are struggling to have the influence and impact at work they want.
Jayne has spent her career obsessively watching and learning how people consume and respond to information – in roles including Senior Producer of the Virginia Trioli and Jon Faine programs on ABC Melbourne, as a consultant and company CEO (working with brands including Melbourne Water, Google, Veolia, Macquarie Telecom, Facebook, Logitech and the Department of Education), as Executive Director Communications at Melbourne’s iconic The Royal Children’s Hospital, and as Deputy Chair of Melbourne Writers Festival.
In her practice as a business strategist, trainer, coach and guest speaker Jayne brings more than 20 years of proven expertise to her mission to build cut-through, impact, recognition and success through powerful communication. To find out more email [email protected]
